Absolutely. We use Stripe for all payment processing, one of the most trusted payment processors globally. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.
We don't offer refunds for unused credits, but you can cancel your subscription anytime without penalty. Paid features remain available until your billing period ends. After that, Free plan limits apply. Cancelling your subscription does not close your account or delete your saved documents; you can still view, edit and export your existing CVs.
