This policy explains how GoToCV handles personal information for healthcare-first job search, CV, cover letter, application tracking, and interview preparation tools.

We collect information you provide when you create an account, complete onboarding, build a profile, generate or edit CVs, save jobs, track applications, practise interviews, create interview prep documents, contact support, or use product features.
This may include account details, contact details, profile and career information, education, experience, skills, registration or licensing details, application notes, interview answers, transcripts, voice recordings when you choose voice practice, document metadata, and technical information such as device, browser, page, and event data.
GoToCV is healthcare-first, so some users may choose to provide registration, licensing, English test, visa, salary, relocation, or application information. We use this information to provide the product features you request.
We do not sell personal profile, CV, application, interview answer, transcript, or voice recording content. We also avoid sending names, email addresses, phone numbers, employer names, visa details, registration numbers, free-text summaries, bullet text, document contents, interview answers, transcripts, audio URLs, or storage keys to analytics tools.
We use essential cookies or similar storage for account sessions, security, and basic site operation. Optional analytics may be used only after you accept analytics cookies or similar technologies in the cookie notice.
Analytics events are intended to be small and non-sensitive. You can read more on the Cookie Policy page.
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, private file storage, authentication, analytics, email delivery, logging, content management, AI processing, and product operations. These providers process information only as needed to support GoToCV.
When AI-powered features are used or enabled, information such as CV text, profile details, cover letter inputs, application details, interview answers, transcripts, or related prompts may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate, structure, extract, score, or improve product outputs. GoToCV does not sell this content.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational or legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve security, and maintain business records. Users may request deletion or correction where supported by applicable law and product features.
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account, profile, CV, application, and interview practice information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so users should avoid adding unnecessary sensitive information to free-text fields.
GoToCV may be used by people preparing international applications. Information may be processed in countries where GoToCV or its service providers operate. By using the service, you understand that data processing may happen outside your country of residence.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services, data-processing practices, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
