GoToCV helps healthcare professionals search jobs, filter sponsorship information where relevant, tailor CVs and cover letters, track applications, practise interviews, and create interview prep documents. The CV builder may also be useful to other professionals who want a structured, editable CV.

By creating an account, signing in, continuing with a social sign-in provider, or using GoToCV, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

You agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful job search, CV, cover letter, interview practice, and application preparation purposes.

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
• You should provide accurate account and profile information where it affects CVs, cover letters, jobs, or applications.
• You must not access another user's account or attempt to bypass product security controls.

GoToCV provides general career, job search, and application information only. It does not provide immigration, legal, employment, financial, clinical, or professional registration advice.

Sponsorship is not guaranteed. Always confirm visa support, registration requirements, and work rights with the employer or official sources.

You are responsible for checking official sources, employer requirements, registration bodies, and licensed advisers before making decisions about migration, sponsorship, registration, employment, or relocation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoToCV is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not make guarantees, promises, warranties, or representations that using GoToCV will produce any specific result.

GoToCV does not guarantee employment, interviews, recruiter responses, sponsorship, visas, migration outcomes, professional registration, credential acceptance, salary outcomes, job availability, application success, or employer decisions.

We also do not guarantee that generated drafts, profile progress, job information, external links, product suggestions, analytics, or product features will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

You keep ownership of the profile, CV, cover letter, application notes, interview answers, and other content you add to GoToCV. You grant GoToCV permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the features you use.

Some features use configured AI providers to generate, structure, extract, score, or improve outputs. When those features are used or enabled, GoToCV may send relevant content and prompts to those providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and does not include information you are not allowed to share.

CVs, cover letters, interview feedback, interview prep sheets, profile checks, and other generated or structured outputs are drafts and productivity aids. You should review, edit, and verify all content before sending it to an employer, recruiter, registration body, adviser, or government authority.

GoToCV may show public job information, application links, employer details, or third-party resources. We do not guarantee that a role is available, sponsorship-friendly, suitable, accurate, or current.

Sponsorship is not guaranteed. Always confirm visa support, registration requirements, and work rights with the employer or official sources.

External websites and employers are responsible for their own content, terms, privacy practices, and application processes.

• Do not upload unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with GoToCV systems.
• Do not use GoToCV to spam employers, impersonate another person, or misrepresent qualifications, registration, work rights, sponsorship status, or experience.
• Do not attempt to access private candidate, employer, application, interview, recording, or service data without permission.

GoToCV may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal, or commercial reasons. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect users.

The service may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, security measures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

We may amend these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the service, applicable law, regulatory requirements, or our business operations. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect. Continued use of GoToCV after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

GoToCV owns or licenses the website, product design, software, templates, branding, and service content except for user content and third-party materials. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative products from GoToCV without permission.
