Search Australian nursing roles with sponsorship signals, build a tailored CV that reflects your NMBA registration progress and clinical experience, and prepare structured applications for hospital, aged care, and community health positions.
Working in Australia
Nurses must hold registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) before practising. Ahpra manages applications, and internationally qualified nurses begin with the official self-check before following the assessment pathway assigned to them. Registration and immigration are separate processes. Employer-sponsored options may include the Skills in Demand visa (subclass 482) or other skilled pathways, but eligibility depends on the applicant, occupation, and employer.
Application preparation
Use the published role and current official requirements as your source of truth, then present your experience accurately.
GoToCV surfaces sponsorship signals and helps prepare editable application drafts. It does not assess NMBA registration or visa eligibility, confirm outcomes, guarantee employer sponsorship, or guarantee an interview or job offer. Always confirm requirements with Ahpra, the employer, Home Affairs, and a registered migration agent where appropriate.
